Instagram QR Code — scan straight to your IG profile
Paste your Instagram profile link (instagram.com/yourusername) below to generate an IG QR code. Match it to your content's color, add your avatar or logo as a center mark, and put it in your shop, on packaging or in a window. Built locally, the link never uploaded, the code never expires.
An Instagram QR code is a URL QR code pointing at your profile link (instagram.com/yourusername). Paste that link into the generator below, and the code you stick in your shop, on packaging or a card lets people open your Instagram profile with one scan — no searching for your handle or landing on the wrong account.

How to make it
- 1Get your profile link: it's instagram.com/yourusername (you can copy it from Share on your profile in the app). Use that public profile link, not a single post.
- 2Paste the link into the generator below (we add https:// if you leave it off) and confirm a scan lands on your profile.
- 3To match your look, switch the foreground to your content's main color and add your avatar or brand logo as a center mark — very shareable, but confirm it still scans first.
- 4Use PNG for windows, table signs and packaging; SVG for large posters or light boxes. Add a 'Scan to follow us' nudge beside it.
- 5Before printing or posting, scan with someone else's phone — ideally one not logged into your account, so you see the stranger's-eye view — and confirm it opens your profile.
Frequently asked questions
Instagram has its own code — how is this different?
Instagram's in-app 'Nametag / profile QR' only scans with Instagram or the camera to your profile, with a fixed style. This is a standard URL code: any phone camera scans it, you can customize color and logo, and you can export crisp PNG / vector SVG to print on anything — better for posters, packaging and cards.
Can one code hold my Instagram, TikTok, and every other account at once?
A single URL code points to one link. To bundle several socials, the common approach is a link-in-bio / hub page listing all your accounts, then make a code for that hub — one scan shows them all. If you only want to drive Instagram follows, a code straight to your IG profile link is cleanest.
I changed my IG username — does the code still work?
instagram.com/old-username usually stops working after a rename, so the code no longer reaches you and you'll need to regenerate it with the new handle. Lock in your username before making printed materials and avoid changing it often.
